I started Skye Property Watch in 2026 for people who want someone to check on their property without committing to a regular subscription. You might live overseas, own a second home, or simply be away on holiday and want a little reassurance.
Sometimes there’s been bad weather. Sometimes a house has stood empty for a while. And sometimes you just want to know how things look. A one-off check gives you photographs and a written record to help you decide whether anything needs attention.
You deal directly with me, from discussing your request to receiving your report. It’s a personal service, with a clear scope and a fixed price agreed before you pay.
